Some Funny Stuff Going On In Television Land

Is there something that you watch on television even though you know it is probably rotting your brain completely? I have that problem. I have this strange addiction to Jersey Shore, and every Thursday night I let eight crazy part Italian folks into my living room to fist pump, party, and fight for an hour. What is really strange is that I am absolutely nothing at all like any of the characters. They are out of control loud and obnoxious, but yet in some strange way, I kind of wish I could be a little like those guys. They have some qualities and do some things that could be very beneficial in life, they are fearless, full of charisma, and don’t put up with other people’s crap. I want to be from the Jersey Shore. -I’m afraid of heights, spiders, and dying of any kind of rare disease like scurvy. Basically, my own shadow can creep me out. The Jersey Shore crew is pretty fearless though. I mean they are always tanning with no fear whatsoever of skin cancer. How awesome is that? I think all of my freckles are going to turn into some type of melanoma, but Snooki can’t get enough of the tanning bed. -Some people will admit that I’m pretty lackluster in the personality department. I mean, I guess I’m okay with that. It’s not like I have to be bubbly and outgoing, but if I were one of the Jersey Shore cast, then I could be loud and fun like Pauly D. Pauly D. has a way of just putting people in a good mood and making people laugh. His random outbursts are hilarious, and I would definitely hang with him in reality. Maybe I should just start yelling out things like, “Burgahs for tha boys! Burgahs for tha boys!” and then I will be fun too. -Lastly, you don’t see any of the guidos and guidettes taking crap from anyone, whether it is a housemate or a random person at the club. These people know how to stand up for themselves, while I am a doormat. All of my skills in fighting are no use if I can’t even stand up to someone. -I have officially made the decision that when I grow up, I want to be orange skinned, black hair weaved, loud, obnoxious, and in people’s faces. I want to be like the case of Jersey Shore.
